Voice and Singing teacher

My 30+ years of singing experience include school choirs throughout Elementary,  Jr High, High School, College, Kettering Theater Under the Stars, church and numerous community musicals. I received 9 years of private vocal instruction and participated in six Solo and Ensemble Contests with Superior Rankings in each one.

I graduated from the Wright State University School of Music in 1994, with a degree in Applied Vocal Performance. I took several years away from professional singing to stay home with my children before going back into the studio in 2003.  Since then, I have been a part time substitute teacher in several West side Indianapolis area school districts including a long term substitute position as the Cascade Jr. High School Choir director.

I have over 20 years of experience teaching private voice lessons in the Avon public schools, Kingsway Christian School, Brownsburg public schools and at-home.  I have been led worship at Kingsway Christian Church, Dover Christian Church, and Seerley Creek Christian Church. I spent a summer as the music director for Hendricks Civic Theater's production of "Back to the 80s" and the singing teacher at the Get Real Inc's "Save the Drama for the Stage" day camps.
